SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Mayaz Boutique delivers across Worldwide. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays.

SHIPPING POLICIES :

DOMESTIC

  1. For delivery within West Bengal, shipping is INR 60 (Up to 1 kg) & outside of West Bengal INR 130 (up to 1kg) irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000.
  3. All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  4. Customized products (fall and picot addition) are dispatched in 7-10 business days, depending on the number of units ordered.
  5. Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
  6. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST
  7. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at support@mayazboutique.inor call us +91-9647403406 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
  8. Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

INTERNATIONAL

  1. Payments can be done by card/ western union .
  2. We use DHLfor our international orders and charge 2500/- to 4000/- per kg & order upto 3 products.
  3. VAT/GST/or any other country duties and taxesfor international orders are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
  4. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees/taxes
  5. International shipments are not eligiblefor returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch through email/whatsapp/instagram/if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.
  6. International orders should be delivered within 10-25 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs). However, the delivery timeline  is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors. 
  7. If for any reason the customer doesn’t accept/claim the delivery , we will not be liable for any refund.
  8. We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.
  9. All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  10. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at support@mayazboutique.inor call us +91-9647403406 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
  11. Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
  12. In the rarest event of a dispute to do with shipping or delivery, it would take around 10-15 business days to resolve it, since shipping logistics involves several third party organisations. 
  13. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  14. Please note we are still in a testing phase and hence any of the above terms and conditions might be subject to amendments and modification in the near future.

DISCLAIMER

  1. Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
  2. Please email us at support@mayazboutique.inmentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
  3. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
  4. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
